Hi Katz,
Oh yes, Red Star does do a good BBQ duck. Here’s the one I had the last time I was at Red Star for a multi-course dinner. I just didn’t bother to blog about it:

Very meaty.
I promised myself that the next time I made plans to have a whole duck dish it would be to try the Korean-style Peking duck at Man Ri Sung in Richmond. So curious!
