Liberté Méditerranée: This is what other yogurts dream of being...

I know many people already love Liberté yogurts, and there have already been many blog entries on other sites about it, but I just thought I'd add one more. Partly because since moving from the coast I have been trying to find it out here. I found it at Nature's Fare Market in Kamloops. Thanks god!
For yogurt lovers this is a must try. I believe when yogurts are young they must dream of growing up to be Liberté Méditerranée.
Lemon and coconut are staples in our household while rotating other flavours as a third choice in our fridge. A little dab will do ya. It's thick, and taste so incredible you know you shouldn't need more than a dab.

The lemon is 8% milk fat, and taste like scooping out the lemon meringue from a pie. Sweet and tart. The coconut is a wild 9.8% milk fat! You know it has to good if it's like eating cream. The flavour is on the bottom so it does require you to stir up the all the goodness, and fold it into the rest of the yogurt.

We also eat the Liberté organic line as well, with a regular 2.5% milk fat content. Just as tasty as the Méditerranée line but a little runnier.
Totally recommend.

I couldn't agree more about
I couldn't agree more about this yogurt! The lemon especially is to-die-for! Yum!
I found mine in the Coopers in Valleyview in Kamloops so would imagine any of the Coopers stores would carry it.
Great! Now I'm craving some. :-)
Liberté Méditerranée
Ahh...Thanks for the tip! I have seen Coopers Food here and there in my travels; I'll have to go in and check for it. Do they carry the Méditerranée line regularly?
I'm trying out the pineapple flavour this week.
Also, I noticed SuperStore now carries the Liberte organic line.
