Just returned from a group (11 people) luncheon. The top floor of the restaurant appeared to be full, but on the main floor where we were seated, there was only one other table occupied (by two people). Our server was NOT working upstairs, she only had the main floor.
We waited OVER AN HOUR for our meals to arrive. At the hour mark, we asked the server where our food was, and pointed out that 2-3 small tables of people had arrived, eaten, and left in the time we were waiting. She (who seemed less than thrilled with her job in general) told us it would be "about 3 minutes". Ten minutes later, we asked to speak to the manager. Our meals began to arrive. The manager came over and treated us to the most incredible display of unprofessionalism and disregard that we had ever seen. Snarky tone, offensive and defensive body language and basically said she could not have cared less that we were dissatisfied.

The meal itself, mediocre at best. Certainly NOT worth the long wait. A few requests for the bill later, it arrived, with, surprise, surprise, a 15% "service charge" automatically added on. Being over an hour late for work, we just paid it and left. One colleague stayed back to talk to the manager (again) about how the slow service was the least of our concerns, given her attitude was so offensive. Again, complete disregard on her part. Completely unacceptable.
So go elsewhere - there are plenty of places in the neighbourhood. Earls, Joey's, heck, even the cafeteria at Sears will provide you with a better experience.
