Hi Anon,
What restaurant are you talking about here? You posted it under the Cuckoo in Coombs post but I'm pretty sure this is not the restaurant in which you are referring.
Cuckoo's does not have a second floor (that I could see...) and it is no where near a neighbourhood that has an Earls, Joey's or Sears.

I can at least move your comment to the appropriate blog post.
