Food Great - Service Bad!!

We have wanted to check out this restaurant since the name changed from The Good Meals Restaurant to Victoria Oriental Restaurant. We were very impressed with the renovations done to the inside of the place. Contrary to when it was Good Meals Restaurant, the new decor is more modernized and cleaned up. They serve dim sum but we decided to order from the menu. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were ample. However, the service needs to be improved before I would consider going back in the near future. The two front staff members seemed disinterested in attending to their tables. I had to request service twice to have our water glasses re-filled and once again to ask them for our bill. The hot pot was served last after we had finished eating. The table next to us arrived after us and we received the hot pot after that table was served their food.

My Rating: MUST improve their attentiveness to their customers. We will go back to try their selection of dim sum and other specialty dishes.
