So gorgeous, Lvoers! Your scallops blow Gordon Ramsay's out of the water.

I agree with you about the need for good service. Too often (at various retail locations) I feel as though I'm interrupting "chatty Cathies" who are immersed in their own conversation instead of doing the job they are payed for.
