Sliced Meats

Summit Gourmet Meats on Columbia will slice any quantity and type of meat thin enough for hot pot or phở if you call them in advance and let them know what it's for. I have done this several times with beef and pork. They charge the same price by weight as would be charged for the cut of meat that they are slicing.
