Gah, Toronto has some very good Jamaican eats! It been a long time since I've had a patty back east.

During my uni days I remember eating one almost everyday. Mainly because they were dirt cheap, hot and tasty.

It was nice to have one again at the Jam Can Cafe, but I ate this one with a fork and knife! What!?
It seemed wrong, since I've always associated the beef patties as an on-the-go snack. Mmmm...Like eating a hot fresh Jamaican patty out of the white wax deli envelope while speed walking to class...
