I believe Zhen Zhen to be an older restaurant that use to be located near the Napa Auto parts on the east side of downtown. At the time it went by the name Good Meals. Rumor has it that the rent was increased at their location and they moved. It is understood by some that Good Meals actually stayed in that location after remodeling and changing the name.

However I am told that this is not a true. Another owner took over the Good Meals lease and offers an entirely differnt product.

Good meals (now Zhen Zhen) is highly sought after by its patrons as it remains the only good chinese food in Kamloops. Their new location is not as nice as the old one and the old one was pretty bad. So I recommend the take out. It is really quite good.
